One of my favorite ways to use my journal is to manifest my goals through writing. It’s a form of meditation for me. When you are manifesting through writing, you are asking God, the universe, spirit, your angels or whatever you like to call your higher source, to help bring you clarity on what you need to achieve your goals.

•Clear your head from other thoughts and distractions.
•Be clear about the goals you want to achieve.
•Imagine your intended goal fulfillled
•Write down in great detail your goals or vision of the life you want.
•Write in the present tense as having achieved the intention.
